This client wanted a tropical paradise on their waterfront property. A new dock with composite decking and recessed DOT LED chip lights, new paver walkway down to it with matching illuminated travertine accent walls, 4 Sylvester Palms and 5 Coconut Palms strategically placed throughout the property, beach sand firepit area with massive Coquina accent rocks.
